Whether you’re a comic book lover, a Rick and Morty fan, or an Outlander binge-watcher, this year’s offerings from Cryptozoic have something for you.
The company is set to debut this year’s lineup at Toy Fair New York this weekend. Check out some of the new products:
Cryptkins: Series 2
Based on Cryptozoic’s original intellectual property, this series of 2.25-inch figures includes 13 vinyl figures, including Kraken, Cerberus, Unicorn, Gryphon, and Blue Dragon. The series also includes six “Bone-Chilling” variants, featuring bones painted on the figures’ exteriors. Each figure comes in a blind-box miniature crate and includes a bio card with information about the creature.
Vinyl Terrorz: Freddy Krueger
Cryptozoic launches its horror-inspired Vinyl Terrorz line with a Nightmare on Elm Street classic. This 7-inch Freddy Krueger figure features his gruesome face, fedora, and clawed glove.
Wonder Woman Movie Collectible
This Wonder Woman figure is based on Gal Gadot’s portrayal of the heroine on-screen. Designed by Pedro Astudillo and sculpted by Anders Ehrenborg, the figure shows Wonder Woman in her trademark armor and wielding her sword. The figure stands on a base shaped like the Wonder Woman logo.
Wonder Woman gets a more classical look with this statue, which is inspired by the character’s ties to Greek mythology and pays homage to the Venus de Milo. The marble-colored statue is 12 inches tall and features gold-accented versions of Wonder Woman’s bracelets, lasso, and other accessories. The Spear is removable, and the shield is inscribed with Greek lettering.
This figure is based on the lead character from Trover Saves the Universe, an upcoming Squanch Games video game created by Justin Roiland (Rick and Morty). The 7-inch figure features wrist articulation and includes four interchangeable “power babies,” which collectors can plug into its eye holes.
Challenge of the Superfriends Card Game
Based on the classic TV series, this card game uses Crypotzoic’s new Gryphon card game engine. Two to four players take on the roles of Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, or Batman and Robin, then simultaneously reveal their Power Cards to call on allies or powers to battle against the Legion of Doom.
Rick and Morty: Looks Who’s Purging Now Card Game
This game also uses the Gryphon card game engine. Two to four players play as characters from the show, playing Weapon Cards at the same time to rack up kills during the annual festival.
Outlander Trading Cards Season 3
This new series of trading cards based on the popular Starz series Outlander features autograph cards signed by Caitriona Balfe (Claire Fraser) and sketch cards. Based on the series’ third season, the line includes a 72-card base set and four chase sets, with randomly inserted autograph, wardrobe, and sketch cards.
Rick and Morty Trading Cards Season 2
This set of cards is based on Rick and Morty’s second season. It includes a 45-card base set and eight chase sets, with randomly inserted sketch and autograph cards. Co-creator Justin Roiland signed autograph cards and drew one-of-a-kind sketch cards for the set.
