It’s been a busy day for Marvel, its fans, AMC, and Fandango. Ticket sales for Avengers: Endgame opened at 8 a.m. this morning and all h*** broke loose. (In fact, as of 3 p.m., AMC’s website still hasn’t recovered. Yeesh.) Plus, Marvel dropped a new poster and trailer for the highly anticipated film. So while you may not have your hands on Avengers: Endgame tickets yet, all is not lost.
In fact, we’ve got great nerdy news! In 12 North America theaters (11 U.S. and one Canada), fans can experience the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) in a truly unprecedented way: the Marvel Studios’ 22-Movie Marathon.
Beginning on Tuesday, April 23, fans can attend a screening of every single film in the MCU, culminating with Avengers: Endgame at 5 p.m. local time on Thursday, April 25. That’s honestly enough of a gift in itself, but fans in attendance also will receive event-only premiums and concession offers. And you’ll def need to stock up at the concession stand considering the run time for this 22-movie marathon is 59 hours and 7 minutes, according to Newsarama. Your eyes didn’t deceive you; the run time is almost 60 hours!
Select tickets are on sale now via Fandango, but stay tuned for more details once the internet recovers from this fandom stampede.
