As part of the band’s reunion announcement press tour, the now-man band took up residence at The Late Late Show with James Corden all week. They sang some songs (both new and iconic JB bops), participated in the show’s recurring bits, ate some gross food (seriously, I may gag upon watching), and even joined Corden in the car for a round of Carpool Karaoke.
The JoBros, after a welcome back-themed warmup, sang along to a medley of their iconic tunes, including “Burnin’ Up,” “When You Look Me in the Eyes,” “Lovebug,” “Year 3000,” and their new hit “Sucker.” TBH, this is just like my car rides, except my vocals aren’t as swoonworthy the band of brothers, and no celebrities are driving along with me as I run errands.
During the 14-minute ride, Corden manages to ask the hard-hitting journalistic questions about the guys’ purity ring era, what it was really like working for Disney in the early 2000s, and Nick’s recent weddings to actress Priyanka Chopra. Corden even brought along a polygraph machine to find out all the gossip about whom in fact broke up the band (Ahem, Nicholas, I’m looking at you.), and if any of his sisters-in-law ever annoy Joe.
