In case you haven’t been online yet today, you should know that the first trailer for DC’s Black Adam officially debuted this morning. As fans around the world got their first extended look at the upcoming, hero-packed movie, McFarlane Toys was ready — Yesterday, the collectibles company shared the first images of its 7-inch Black Adam figure.
The figure is highly detailed, with a face (and muscles!) sculpted to the likeness of Dwayne Johnson (“The Rock“), who plays the movie’s titular character. As shown in the two preview images from McFarlane, the figure depicts Black Adam in his suit, which features prominently in the trailer. Fans can accessorize the highly articulated figure with a hooded cloak and/or a set of electric current lightning effects that wrap around the figure’s arms.
The new trailer, which clocks in at just over 2 minutes, gives fans a look at the journey of “Black Adam,” who is freed from his earthly tomb nearly 5,000 years after being given the power of the gods. He isn’t the only new face in the mix, though — the movie will also star Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, Sarah Shahi as Adrianna, Marwan Kenzari as Ishmael, Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone, Bodhi Sabongui as Amon, and Pierce Brosnan as Dr. Fate.
