DC Comics stated today that the event became too large to contain in a single 24 hours and not even the Flash would be able to get through all of the content. Instead, fans can catch the Hall of Heroes on Aug. 22 and Explore the Multiverse and the DC Kids FanDome on Sept. 12.
The schedule and content seem to be remaining the same despite the date change — see our breakdown of cant-miss events here. Hall of Heroes was designed personally by Jim Lee and features eight hours worth of special programming, panels, and exclusive reveals from some of DC’s greatest. The show will air three times, starting at 10 a.m. PDT.
Three weeks later, fans can explore more than 100 hours worth of content, including more panels, screenings, and never-before-seen content. This con-experience will also include a kids’ section for young DC fans at DCKidsFanDome.com. Both will begin at 10 a.m. PDT.
Fans can discover the Hall of Heroes this weekend at DCFanDome.com, spend three weeks missing DC, and then head out to Explore the Multiverse in the same place.
