Things are getting apocalyptic.
The sci-fi drama will bring author Robert Kirkman and artist Lorenzo De Felici’s series to life, in collaboration with the two film studios. This adaptation will be produced by Skybound’s film team and written by Sean O’Keefe (Wonderland).
The Oblivion Song series, from Image Comics, takes place a decade after 300,000 citizens of Philadelphia were suddenly lost in Oblivion. Though the government initially attempted to recover them, they had since given up; unlike Nathan Cole, who risks his life daily to search for the missing individuals trapped into the apocalyptic hellscape of Oblivion.
While more details are forthcoming, the first two volumes of the book series are available now in comic shops and other retailers, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Books-A-Million. Oblivion Song No. 16 drops in stores this week, so be sure to snag a copy to catch up on the latest adventures on Nathan’s quest.
