After a successful debut season on DC Universe, Titans continues to captivate audiences with a fresh spin on the fan-favorite Teen Titans animated series. Titans: The Complete Second Season pulls together the show’s 13, one-hour episodes, plus an additional special feature from the live-action drama series that really boosts the fan-cred of this collection.
The series, from Berlanti Productions and Weed Road Pictures in association with Warner Bros. Television, brings together an all-star cast of actors who bring our favorite Titans to life. The cast includes Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson, Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft as Raven, Ryan Potter as Beast Boy, Minka Kelly as Dove, Alan Ritchson as Hawk, and new series regulars Curran Walters as Robin, Conor Leslie as Wondergirl, Joshua Orpin as Conner Kent, Chelsea Zhang as Ravager, and Esai Morales as Deathstroke.
Titans: The Complete Second Season continues the story of your favorite DC super team as the members face their greatest challenge yet. In season two, following the aftermath of their encounter with Trigon, the mysterious Dick Grayson reforms the Titans. Under his supervision in their new home at Titans Tower, Rachel (Raven), Gar (Beast Boy), and Jason Todd (Robin) train together as a team united by their differences. They are joined by Hank Hall (Hawk), Dawn Granger (Dove), and Donna Troy (Wonder Girl). The Titans make their best attempt to transition back into regular life, but when old enemies resurface, everyone must come together to take care of unfinished business.
“We received a remarkable response to the reimagined cinematic approach that Titans offers,” says Rosemary Markson, Warner Brother Interactive Entertainment senior vice president of television marketing. “Titans: The Complete Second Season continues to deliver as fans explore the riveting character development and darker plotlines of familiar DC superheroes and super villains, including Robin, Raven, and many more fan favorites.”
The box set includes a new featurette, Jason Todd: Fate by the Fans; all 13 one-hour episodes of the iconic show; and a digital copy with the purchase of specially marked Blu-ray discs for redemption and cloud storage. This titan-sized bundle will be available on Blu-ray, DVD, and digital on Mar. 3 next year for $29.98 for the Blu-ray copy and $24.98 for the DVD copy.
