Grab your calendars, fellow nerds, because the next few weeks are packed with another round of virtual fan events, as we approach the weekend that would have been New York Comic-Con (NYCC).
Of course, there is the official NYCC virtual replacement — NYCC and MCM Comic Con’s Metaverse — which kicks off with panels and fan events this Thursday, Oct. 8, and runs through Oct. 11.
But a lot of fan-favorite companies are also hosting their own virtual events to replace their would-be presence at NYCC. We’ve already told you about Funko’s Virtual Con IV, but here are some additional events you won’t want to miss!
SUPER7’S STILL-AT-HOME-IC-CON SPECIAL: OCT. 9
Following this summer’s “Stay At-Home-Ic-Con,” Super7 is back for more reveals with a one-day virtual event, hosted by founder Brian Flynn. Check out the teaser above and tune into the Super7 Instagram and YouTube on Friday starting at 9 a.m. PT for reveals from SpongeBob SquarePants, Garbage Pail Kids, Transformers, and more!

SIDESHOW “NEW YORK” CON: OCT. 6-11
Sideshow is also back for round two, offering six days of booth tours, reveals, giveaways, interviews, and more. The company has created a physical space at Sideshow Studios, with a museum/art gallery setup.
Fans can tune into Sideshow’s social media channels for tons of content, but you can also preregister here for the event. Registration is free and gets you special offers and email updates throughout the con.

MEZCO CON 2020: FALL EDITION: OCT. 15-17
Mezco won’t let this weekend have all the fun! The company will host its second online event of the year next weekend with giveaways, contests, and reveals. There isn’t too much info available for this event yet, so keep watching the Mezco Toyz social media accounts for more details!
