Your calendar may still be pretty empty these days, but Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Sony, and Disney just gave us a LOT to add to our “To Watch” schedules for this year, announcing release dates for a variety of upcoming projects.
To start, following some joke posts from the main cast yesterday, the third installment in the current Spider-Man trilogy got a real title and a release date! According to a tweet from the movie’s official account, Spider-Man: No Way Home will debut in theaters this Christmas.

If that wasn’t exciting enough on its own, Disney revealed a BUNCH of release dates today for upcoming Disney+ content. Most notably for those of the fandom persuasion: the next animated Star Wars series, The Bad Batch, will debut (appropriately) on May 4, also known as Star Wars Day. The second episode will debut on May 7, and subsequent episodes will premiere on Fridays.
Then, on June 11, the MCU series Loki will debut, following the runs of WandaVision and The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
Other new release dates include The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers (March 26), Big Shot (April 16), High School Musical: The Musical: The Series season 2 (May 14), The Mysterious Benedict Society (June 25), Monsters at Work (July 2), Turner & Hooch (July 16), and Chip ‘N Dale: Park Life (July 23).
