Free Comic Book Day (FCBD) is coming back this summer for its 20th anniversary! To celebrate, the Free Comic Book Day Selection Committee has chosen 50 comics to give out at this year’s single-day event on August 14.

Twelve Gold Sponsor comics and 38 Silver Sponsor comics will be available for fans to discover and peruse. This selection has something for every comic book fan, from longtime readers to newbies attending their first FCBD event.

The Gold Sponsor section features comics from the Archie, Marvel, and VIZ Media franchises, among others. “Hulk vs. Venom No. 1” shares the spotlight with impressive titles such as “Blade Runner One-Shot” by Titan Comics and “Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures” by IDW Publishing. The video-game-inspired “Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla & Dynasty” comic book by Tokyopop will even make an appearance.

The Silver Sponsor section features a super-selection of diverse comics ranging from horror to action genres. The ghoulish “Vampirella No. 1” by Dynamite Entertainment and “Vampire: The Masquerade No. 1″ by Mad Cave Studios will be on display. Accompanying these titles are “Solo Leveling” by Yen Press and “Stray Dogs” by Image Comics, to name a couple. Check out the full list of comic books in the video below:

The complete listing is also available online at freecomicbookday.com, where you can also find a participating comic book store near you.
