Believe it or not, it’s that time of year again: New York Comic Con (NYCC) is just one month away, which means some of the biggest names in pop culture are gearing up to show off their latest products and limited exclusives at the Javits Center. One of the biggest names? Funko, a company returning to the New York show for the first time since 2019 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

At the show, the popular collectibles manufacturer will embrace the show’s October timing to offer “Frightmare on Fun Street,” a Halloween and horror-themed booth experience. In the experience, attendees will get a closer look at Funko’s show exclusives, which will be available at the booth and in limited quantities via funko.com and/or shared retailers. The booth will also offer exclusives from Funko subsidiaries Loungefly and Funko Games.

Speaking of exclusives, Funko has been revealing its show-exclusive collectibles this week on social media. The company will be bringing a variety of Pop! and Soda figures to NYCC, featuring fandoms ranging from Yu-Gi-Oh! and Borat to Harry Potter and Stranger Things. Outside of the showfloor, Funko will also host a separate Funko Fright Night event. This ticketed event will take place on Oct. 7 and is available to NYCC badge holders only. The event is a costume party, where attendees will receive a special Bag of Fun and enjoy celebrity appearances. Ticket pricing and information will be available soon.

Fans at NYCC can experience Frightmare on Fun Street at Booth No. 1419 from Oct. 6-9.
