Game of Thrones star Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth) offered a warning for fans in anticipation of the final season.

“You’re going to need therapy,” Christie said. “I think just the show ending is going to send all of the world into professional help.”

Christie didn’t reveal any juicy details about the upcoming season, but she did say she was planning to rewatch the entire series in preparation.

“I think it’s going to make me incredibly emotional.” Christie said. “We’re all emotional about the fact that this is the end, and this is the end of something incredibly significant for all of us, and it’s been a truly incredible thing to be a part of.”

Game of Thrones season 8 premieres on HBO in April.
