Funko Games is kicking off its celebration of Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary with a new edition of its Disney: The Haunted Mansion — Call of the Spirits game. The Magic Kingdom Park Edition of the board game is the first of several new Walt Disney World-inspired games that the company plans to announce.
The company’s original Disney: The Haunted Mansion board game debuted in 2020 (and was one of the Pop Insider’s holiday gift guide picks that year!). The game takes inspiration from the Gothic style of Disney’s Florida-based iconic mansion ride, with gameplay features including a rotating hallway that changes player positions throughout the game, a simple ghost-bidding system, and 99 unique ghost cards featuring illustrations inspired by the original Haunted Mansion.
The Magic Kingdom Park Edition of the game features new artwork from Walt Disney World as well as special glow-in-the-dark Hitchhiking Ghosts and a commemorative 50th-anniversary foil seal on the box.
Disney: The Haunted Mansion — Call of the Spirits Game: Magic Kingdom Park Edition will be available later this month in limited quantities via Amazon Treasure Truck.
