Sanrio teamed up with Smak Parlour to bring fans an apparel collection as cute as Hello Kitty herself. The new collection launched via Unique Vintage, a vintage-style brand-slash-retailer based out of Los Angeles.
The Hello Kitty collection has more than 10 items and features T-shirts, head scarves, skirts, and more. Some highlights in the collection include the Strawberries and Bows flare dress — which has black accents and is covered in daisies, strawberries, and Hello Kitty’s iconic bow — and the Pink & Red Apple cardigan, which has apple-shaped buttons and is covered in a pattern of apples and bows.
The denim Flower Garden Pinafore skirt is detailed with flowers on a fence, while the Red Bicycle Border mini skirt shows Hello Kitty riding her bicycle beside a fence along the bottom. Many of the design motifs from these items repeat throughout the collection.
The collection is great for all Hello Kitty fans, with both straight- and plus-sized options ranging from XS-4X. The pieces are the same price across sizes, so you don’t have to worry about being upcharged for a bigger size.
This isn’t the first time that the Sanrio star has appeared in a Unique Vintage collection. The brand also has holiday-themed Hello Kitty apparel, which is still available to purchase and features the character in a Santa hat, mixed with other festive motifs.
