Next month, Hero Collector is launching a new lineup of monthly Star Trek die-cast ship models, as part of its larger Star Trek Universe Starship Collection and as a continuation of its popular Star Trek: Discovery Starships Collection. These new styles will remain at the same scale for consistency but will feature ships from across the current slate of live-action Star Trek content.
The first ship in this collection will be the La Sirena, the hero ship of Star Trek: Picard. The next five ships are slated to be the U.S.S. Zheng He, the Romulan Bird-of-Prey, the Fenris Ranger Ship, Narek’s Snakehead, and the Romulan Bomber Warbird. To give an idea of scale, the La Sirena is about 9 inches long.
There are two ways to add these new, detailed ship models to your fleet. First, you can subscribe to the Star Trek Universe Collection here. It costs only $9.95 for the first month, then $49.95 (plus shipping) for each subsequent month. Each month’s shipment comes with a ship model and an exclusive magazine, which is packed with ship specs, behind-the-scenes info, and interviews with designers. The first 500 people who pre-order the special introductory package — which comes with the La Sirena and its magazine — will also get two exclusive pin badges for free.
Alternatively, if you have your eye on a specific ship + magazine combo, the models will be available individually from select specialty retailers and directly from Eaglemoss Hero Collector. You can preorder the La Sirena here for $54.95.
