Have you read the Winter 2022 issue of the Pop Insider yet? If you have, you may have noticed a pretty BIG — some might even say POWERful — ad on the back cover. It reads “40 Years of Powerful Play” and celebrates the big 4-0 for Mattel‘s mighty Masters of the Universe (MOTU) brand.

While a big reveal at Toy Fair New York may have been the original plan to roll out the red carpet for Eternia‘s finest, the annual toy industry gathering was canceled (again) this year. Instead, Mattel took to social media to unveil more than 20 (!) new action figures from its rapidly-expanding MOTU Masterverse and Origins lines alongside an updated version of a classic vehicle (Roton!) and a 40th Anniversary Edition He-Man Action Figure.

The lineup is impressive — fresh figures inspired by four decades of adventure spanning the original Masters of the Universe, and She-Ra: Princess of Power collections; the turn of the century MOTU 200X line; and the recent Netflix series He-Man and the Masters of the Universe and Masters of the Universe: Revelation.

We’ve harnessed the Power of Grayskull to gather the whole gang right here in one spot, so take a look at the heroes and villains that will be headed your way later this year!
