The third My Hero Academia movie, World Heroes’ Mission, opened in theaters last weekend. To celebrate the release and the movie’s $6.4 million box office gross, Funimation has revealed a new lineup of merch partners for the movie.
To start, Bioworld will release a selection of World Heroes’ Mission apparel, sleepwear, bags, fashion accessories, and more, with at least some of the items arriving for this holiday season. Similarly, Great Eastern Entertainment will offer a variety of items inspired by the movie, including impulse items, home goods and decor, plush, stationery, and bags.
For the collectors, Bandai Spirits will release figures and plush inspired by the movie starting next summer. Figpin will also release a new collection of My Hero Academia enamel pins, expanding its existing MHA offerings.
Other upcoming products include special-edition movie posters from Trends International and a series of gaming chairs from GT Omega Racing.
Outside of merch, fans can also celebrate the new movie with a limited-time World Heroes Mission collaboration within Sony Pictures Entertainment’s “The Strongest Hero” mobile game. Until Dec. 21, players can enjoy World Heroes Mission Deku, Todoroki, and Bakugo playable characters. The collaboration will also include World Heroes Mission-themed exclusive stages, in-game events, exclusive rewards, and more.
