Netflix and DreamWorks Animation released the first photos of the She-Ra and the Princesses of Power revival, which will be released on Netflix on Nov. 16.
The animated show is a reboot of the ‘80s series that follows an orphan girl named Adora on Planet Etheria. After she finds a magic sword, she transforms into a powerful princess warrior named She-Ra and unites a rebellion of magical princesses to free the planet from tyranny, which is exactly what our world needs right now, TBH.
The images reveal She-Ra’s boss babe characters, including Adora and her alter ego She-Ra, voiced by Aimee Carrero; Glimmer, voiced by Karen Fukuhara; and Catra, voiced by AJ Michalka. The series also features the voices of Marcus Scribner, Sandra Oh, Lorraine Toussaint, and Lauren Ash.
The photos also show the colorful planet of Etheria as well as Bright Moon Castle, the capital of Etheria and home-base to the Rebellion.
