Whether you root for London Spitfire, Dallas Fuel, New York Excelsior, or a completely different Overwatch team, you better get your closet ready.
Streetwear designer Jeff Staple is designing new home and away kits for Overwatch League players — including a short-sleeved jersey, a long-sleeved jersey, a jacket, a compression sleeve, a hat, and a beanie for each player.
Staple worked closely with the players as he designed the pieces, combining his signature style with smart design and materials to meet the needs of esports players.
“This first-of-its-kind collaboration is a great reflection of esports’ evolution into a true lifestyle,” says Activision Blizzard esports Chief Marketing Officer Daniel Cherry. “This is not just a win for the Overwatch League and our fans, but for esports as an industry.”
While it seems like fans won’t be able to get their hands on the entire collection, the Owl x Staple jerseys will be available for preorder at the official Overwatch League shop starting on Jan. 28.
The new kits officially launch on Feb. 8, coinciding with the kickoff of this year’s Overwatch League season.
