Dungeons & Dragons is releasing a 320-page campaign setting and adventure book this fall called Eberron: Rising From the Last War. The book will detail the war-torn continent of Khorvaire, a gazetteer of the towering city of Sharn, maps of lightning-powered trains and industrial workshops, plus tons of adventure hooks and details on designing adventures set after the Last War.

Eberron: Rising From the Last War provides tools that both players and Dungeon Masters need to explore the world of Eberron, including the artificer character class that fuses technology and magic, and monsters birthed by ancient warmongering forces. Players can choose from 16 new race/subrace options, including dragonmarks, which magically transform certain members of the races in the Player’s Handbook. A new game element called group patrons will provide parties with shared background features, helping to define adventurers’ roles in the post-war world.

The book hits stores on Nov. 19, with a standard cover by Ben Oliver widely available or an alternate cover designed by Vance Kelly exclusively available through game stores.

Coinciding with the release of the book, the D&D Adventurers League will release a new season of stories called “The Oracle of War.” Across 20 episodes, players will discover a treasure in the magically devastated Mournland, an artifact that is desired by every faction in Khorvaire.
