Hasbro will drop several new Transformers toys this year and they’re [Optimus Prime].

Old fans of the classic — or new fans of the Cartoon Network and YouTube series Transformers Bumblebee Cyberverse Adventures — can discover the Officer Class Wave 1 and Trooper Class Wave Two, according to comicbook.com. The Trooper Class will include a Trooper version of Bumblebee, Optimus Prime, Wildwheel, and Meteorfire. It will drop in August. The second wave, out in October, will feature Megatron and Starscream.

The Officer Class Battle Call toys are 10 inches tall and convert from auto to autonomous robots in 10-14 easy steps. Bumblebee (pictured above) can command Trooper Class figures with interactive sounds, and fans can use voice activation to get it to armor up with translucent Energon Armor. Optimus Prime boasts 20 possible phrases for a new play experience. Each one costs $44.99 and will be available everywhere, with the exception of Optimus, which will be exclusive to Walmart.

Battle Call Troopers are slightly smaller but no less powerful. They are 5.5 inches of fury with the same voice-activated, light-up armor and attachable Energon armor. Find them at major retailers for $24.99 in the fall.

Fans can expect the toys to bring a new shine to the nostalgic robot/alien/car/superheroes.
