Calling all NYCC-goers — Diamond Select Toys (DST) and Gentle Giant LTD have revealed their plans for next week’s New York Comic Con (NYCC), where the companies will introduce new items, have giveaways, and more

The two collectibles companies will be sharing booth No. 2945 for the duration of the show. Fans who visit the booth will get an All Elite Wrestling promotional logo Minimate — a sneak peek at the first AEW Minimates Box Set, which is set to drop in the spring. Booth visitors can also enter contests during the show for a chance to win exclusive prizes. On Oct. 6-7, winners will receive a Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters “Nowhere to Hide” Boba Fett Legends in 3D 1:2-scale bust, autographed by writer Charles Soule. On Oct. 8-9, winners will get an AFA-graded 8.5 Star Wars Grand Admiral Thrawn NYCC-Exclusive Jumbo Figure.

On Oct. 9 at 1:45 p.m., the brands will be holding a panel in room 406.3. During the panel, DST’s Chuck Terceira and Zach Oat will host a Q&A with artists Jean St. Jean, Nelson X. Asencio, Chris Dahlberg, and Paul Harding. Each panel attendee will automatically be entered into a giveaway!

To top off their convention plans, the brands are introducing five NYCC-exclusive collectibles, starting with The Star Wars Grand Admiral Thrawn 12-inch Jumbo Figure ($80), which depicts the blue commanding officer as an oversized original Kenner figure. The collectible is packaged in a resealable clamshell and is limited to just 750 pieces!

Next up is a Star Wars Empire Strikes Back Boba Fett Premier Collection 1:7-Scale Statue ($200)! In this exclusive release, an 11-inch Boba Fett is standing on the steps of the carbon freezing chamber, as seen in Episode V. The figure is limited to 1,000 pieces, so get yours ASAP!

The New York 2022 AEW Vinimates Holiday Bash Sting Vinyl Figure ($10) is a  4-inch figure geared up in CM Punk-inspired clothes inspired by his appearance at Holiday Bash 2021. The figure is limited to 250 pieces.

Next up is a G.I. Joe Minimates Ninja Force VHS Box Set ($30). The set features Snake Eyes, Scarlett, Storm Shadow, and Dr. Biggles-Jones right out of the comic book series. The 2-inch figures have 14 points of articulation and come with a bunch of different accessories.

Last, but certainly not least, is The Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers Minimates DVD Box Set ($50), which includes the whole Power Rangers squad — the Red, Blue, Pink, Yellow, Black, and White Rangers! The figures are each 2 inches tall and come with removable helmets and a variety of accessories.

Fans can find these exclusives at booth No. 2945 throughout NYCC, while supplies last.
