The Russo Brothers would really like you to NOT ruin the last movie in the Infinity Saga, please.

Anthony and Joseph Russo, AKA the Russo Brothers, known for directing multiple films across the MCU, took to Twitter to kindly ask Marvel fans to refrain from spoiling Avengers: Endgame for other fans.

The internet is littered with movie spoilers, from a potential giveaway tucked inside a Thanos-inspired Build-a-Bear furry friend and Hasbro toys that leaked to the public a few weeks early to actual movie stills and footage posted to Reddit earlier today.

Personally, I’ve been scared to open my Chrome browser the last few days, or even take a stroll down my own Twitter feed.

“Because so many of you have invested your time, your hearts, and your souls into these stories, we’re once again asking for your help,” the brothers wrote in a printed letter they posted to their Twitter page. “When you see Endgame in the coming weeks, please don’t spoil it for others, the same way you wouldn’t want it spoiled for you.”

The directing duo ended the letter with #DontSpoilTheEndgame, which quickly began trending on Twitter. In just a few hours, the tweet was retweeted more than 35,000 times.

Fans responded in solidarity, vowing to avoid the spoilers and to keep the secrets of Endgame to themselves.

In short: Please don’t be a jerk. We’ve waited 10 years. The film is more than three hours long. We are invested. Just, … don’t.
