Pregame the release of Pokémon Violet and Pokémon Scarlet with the Splatoon x Pokémon Splatfest collab!

Splatfests are special, limited-time events in Splatoon 3 where players with any Nintendo Switch Online membership can choose to champion one of three causes. And in this new Splatoon x Pokémon Splatfest collab, players can make the ultimate choice: Which type of Pokémon would you choose — Grass-type, Fire-type, or Water-type?

After players make their choice from the Splatsville hub — which will get a Pokémon makeover for the event — they can participate in Splatfest battles to ink as much of the stage as they can without getting splatted too often. The Splatfests also feature Tricolor Turf War battles for players to duke it out in three team messfests. At the end of the event, the winning side will be revealed and in-game Super Sea Snails will be handed out.

Start practicing your Splatoon skills because the Splatoon x Pokémon Splatfest takes place from Friday, Nov. 11 at 4 p.m. PT to Sunday, Nov. 13 at 4 p.m. PT — just in time for you to get hype for the release of Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet for Nintendo Switch on Nov. 18.
