Fans of the Force may need to take some caution when Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker premieres this month, due to a newly released photosensitivity warning.

Disney and the Epilepsy Foundation are warning that some viewers could be affected by the flashing lights in the film. They urge people who may be sensitive to either have a friend see the film first or go along with someone who knows the three steps of seizure first aid: Stay, Safe, Side.

They say planning ahead is the key. Those who could be affected by constant scenes of flashing lights may just need to stick to The Mandolorian for the time being.
