Lifestyle and accessories brand Stoney Clover Lane is all about customizing your style — Who better to bring some personal fashion flair to the brand than a certain style icon named Barbie?
Stoney Clover Lane and Mattel are partnering for a limited-edition collection that continues the 50th-anniversary celebration of Malibu Barbie (which has already inspired some fabulous pool floats, hair styling tools, makeup, and more). Set to launch on July 9, this collection will include both a Stoney Clover Lane-inspired Barbie doll and some Barbie-inspired Stoney Clover Lane accessories.
The doll, pictured above, will cost $40 and comes dressed in a tie-dye ensemble, wearing her hair in a top-knot, and carrying a miniature Stoney Clover Lane duffle bag customized with “Barbie” in rainbow varsity letters. The collectible doll also comes with sunglasses and a coffee cup accessory.
But Barbie isn’t the only one who gets to carry an adorable duffle! The Barbie x Stoney Clover Lane Collection will include a variety of accessories, all featuring Malibu Barbie-themed prints and bright colors. The options will include a backpack, a duffle bag, pouches, a lunch box, and more!
As with all Stoney Clover Lane items, fans can customize the bags by adding a variety of patches. Stoney Clover Lane already has an extensive lineup of patches available to choose from, but there will be some new, Barbie-inspired options as part of this collaboration. They feature imagery of Barbie and her pals, a retro Barbie logo, a silhouette of Barbie, and more.
The accessories collection will range in price from $16-268 and will be available to shop at both barbie.com and stoneycloverlane.com starting on July 9.
To commemorate the new collection, the brands are also donating 1,500 dolls to the nonprofit Baby2Baby.
