The fantasy multiplayer game Dungeons & Dragons has become an iconic element of the award-winning Netflix series Stranger Things, as the kids of Hawkins continue to battle monsters (both real and imaginary) each season. Now, fans can watch some of the show’s cast members test their real-life D&D skills with a special holiday game!
This Friday, watch David Harbour (Hopper), Finn Wolfhard (Mike), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin), and Natalia Dyer (Nancy) come together — virtually — for a holiday-themed D&D one-shot, “Lost Odyssey: Toy Time for Ten-Towns.” Discover if the actors are really as good at the game as their characters are in the show, and get a glimpse of what Hopper would be like playing board games.

Yesterday, Netflix released a trailer for the special, which will be hosted by Wizards of the Coast’s Principal Story Designer Chris Perkins.
