Who says that fancy dinnerware is only for princesses? Today, Toynk released a set of ceramic dinnerware inspired by some of Disney’s most iconic villains.
The new, 16-piece set is similar to the three princess-inspired dinnerware sets the company has debuted over the past few years. The set comes with four place settings, each featuring a mug, a bowl, a salad plate, and a dinner plate. The designs also have a bright color scheme and elegant, Baroque-style embellishments that resemble the princess sets.
However, this time the design inspiration comes from characters who aren’t quite as elegant as the plates they inspired, but who are just as iconic as the Disney heroines. Each of the four place settings pays homage to one villain: Maleficent, the Evil Queen, Jafar, or Ursula. The pieces feature iconography inspired by each character, such as the Cave of Wonders for Jafar, Ursula’s enchanted necklace, the Magic Mirror that the Evil Queen consults, and Maleficent’s horns.

While this villainous set is the highlight on Toynk today, it isn’t the only new, Disney-inspired home goods to hit the retailer’s digital shelves. There are also three new, 16-piece dish sets inspired by the beloved The Nightmare Before Christmas ($119.99 each), including a black-and-white set with a spider web motif, a mostly-black set that pays homage to Jack and Sally’s romance, and a “patched up” design featuring multiple characters from the movie.
Finally, there are a few new, Toynk-exclusive ceramic mugs featuring Disney characters. There are two new The Nightmare Before Christmas mugs, as well as a very relatable Lilo & Stitch mug ($18.99) that shows Stitch in his pajamas along with the phrase “Me when I say I’ll be ready in 5 minutes.”
