The mighty warriors of Cybertron are waging a new war in the collectibles section of your local Target store.

Jazwares teamed with Hasbro on a new wave of Zōteki collectible characters inspired by the original G1 Transformers.

Transformers Zōteki are statue-like, non-articulated figures that kids and collectors can collect and connect to form a scene inspired by the iconic Transformers packaging artwork from the 1980s.

Optimus Prime, Megatron, Bumblebee, Soundwave, Starscream, and Grimlock are posed for battle on interlocking display bases. The Decepticon Skywarp is available as a limited-edition Chase variant that can be swapped into the display.

Jazware’s Zōteki collection launched last year. Previously released assortments include Marvel’s Avengers and X-Men, and Disney’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. Each Zōteki collectible carries a $7.99 MSRP and can be found in the collectibles section of select Target stores.

So now the big question: if the Transformers have come to Zōteki, does that mean that G.I. Joe and Cobra are looming on the horizon?
