Need your Star Wars fix as you wait for the theatrical release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi? While there are a slew of new Star Wars tech toys hitting shelves this fall, such as Spin Master’s Hero Droid BB-8 and R2-D2 App-Enabled Droid by Sphero, if you’re looking for some unplugged play and collectible figures to cherish forever, here are some fierce females guaranteed to deliver galactic fun.

Star Wars: Forces of Destiny Adventure Figures, from Hasbro, allow aspiring Jedis to create their own Star Wars adventures. These 11-inch figures (which are slightly larger and more durable than a Barbie Doll) have bendable limbs for some heroic action moves, are accessorized with soft fabric clothing, and have life-like hair. They’re absolutely perfect for reenacting scenes from the movie!

Rey of Jakku, Jyn Erso, Sabine Wren, and Princess Leia are all included in this heroine-only line, created to celebrate the strong and powerful female characters of the franchise. While this line is sized similarly to Barbie and Bratz dolls, these adventure figures are not your typical fashion doll. With more movement, combat-ready costumes, and even powerful weapon accessories, these gals are ready to rebel.  Each figure is sold separately, but there are a few different combo packs to choose from as well. While some figures are packaged solo, some include a +1 for more fun. The Princess Leia figure includes Wicket the Ewok, which ICYMI, she meets during an adventure in Endor (this model also comes with two removable outfits for Leia). She can also be purchased with the ever-faithful droid R2-D2, and is equipped with a blaster for some fierce play in this set. Another figure that comes included with a PIC is Rey of Jakku and BB-8. After meeting in the desert world, these two became quick friends. Rey also comes with a mini lightsaber.

All in all, these figures are detailed exactly as the movie portrays them— they even got the freckles perfect on Rey! While this line is designed for kids ages 4 and up, we recommend these figures for any Force fiennes (kids or adults) to collect and house on a shelf, or for some kick-butt imaginative play. With their bendable limbs and accessories taken right out of the films, this collection is sure to bring the powerful female fun from space into your home. A perfect token for any aspiring galactic hero.
