Konami’s new Yu-Gi-Oh! Savage Strike Special Edition trading card packs are the perfect boost to any player’s card collection.

The special edition is the 7th set of the nostalgic trading card game’s 10th series. It adds strong and useful monster, spell, and trap cards to increase variation in your deck.

The Savage Strike Special Edition card package includes three Savage Strike booster packs, one of two super rare variant cards, and one of two super rare variants of non-foil cards from this series’ 8th booster set, Dark Neostorm. Each of the three Savage Strike booster packs come with nine cards to collect, trade, and duel with family and friends that you are bound to make your enemies.

The boxes also include Trickstar Crimson Heart — a link monster to play with Trickstar Live Stage and Trickstar Corobane from the booster set — or White Rose Dragon — a new monster that pairs with Akiza’s Rose Dragons from Legendary Duelists: Sisters of the Rose, which debuted in January.

You could also get a new cyberse monster or Yuki-Musume, the Ice Mayakashi, a strong card to support the Hidden Summonerstheme that mixes tricks and synergies to special summon monsters with zombie fan-favorites, like Mezuki.

This blind bag aspect, Konami has mastered continues to make the experience of getting new Yu-Gi-Oh! cards more exciting. The additional Dark Neostorm preview cards make you want to continue collecting.

Once the packs are open, it’s difficult to overlook the stunning illustrations on each card designed by manga artist and Yu-Gi-Oh! creator Kazuki Takahashi. They make you want to hoard the cards rather than trade them off, even if a card instructs you to during the game. You’re bound to get at least one really powerful card in the set. Thanks to chance, my box came with four: two Cataclysmic Scorching Sunburner fairy, a Shiranui Squiresaga zombie, and a Orcust Knightmare machine. So, automatically, anyone who plays me is finished!

You’re set to duel like a pro as you choose the best cards to spice up the game and strategize for your next win. While each card has instructions of their own, they’re easy to follow. As the duelist, it’s your job to study the cards and prep your deck with 40 that you can combine during gameplay to follow these instructions. This is especially helpful if you plan to special summon monsters from your extra deck during your turn.

Now, just channel the spirit of Yami Yugi, and you’re destined to be the winner.
