The Barbie Signature collection has paid tribute to many famous female trailblazers and icons, offering limited-edition dolls inspired by Lucille Ball, Naomi Osaka, Rosa Parks, and more. Now, the line is getting a high-fashion infusion with a Barbie Tribute doll of fashion designer Vera Wang.
The doll is sculpted to Wang’s likeness and comes dressed in an all-black outfit from her 2017 ready-to-wear collection. The outfit features a romper under a chiffon dress that has puff sleeves and the word “love” on the hem. The doll is accessorized with a peplum belt, black socks, and platform heels.

Fashion lovers and Barbie fans alike can show off this collectible doll in its display-worthy packaging, which has the doll posed in front of a background featuring an image of Wang, her signature, and the quote “Success isn’t about the end result, it’s about what you learn along the way.” Those who choose to take the Vera Wang doll out of the box can put her in countless runway poses, as the doll has Barbie’s “Made to Move” design with 22 points of articulation.
The Vera Wang Barbie Doll is available now for $40, exclusively from Mattel Creations.
