Loungefly is heading out west.
Today, Funko’s fandom lifestyle brand announced its new “Summer of Loungefly” event, a brand experience celebrating all of the company’s latest summer offerings. The event will be hosted at Goya Studios in Los Angeles, and will give fashion and pop-culture enthusiasts a chance to immerse themselves in all things Loungefly and Stitch Shoppe, the brand’s high-end apparel line.
That’s right, we’re talking every collection from this summer, including Lisa Frank, Care Bears, Sanrio, Disney, and more. Goya Studios will be transformed into six colorful, over-the-top areas, each representing a different summer collection. Not only will there be multiple interactive photo opportunities and special character appearances, but there will also be themed snacks for guests to eat — including cotton candy in the Care Bears space!
The Summer of Loungefly event will also include a beach-themed lounge area with deckchairs, high tables, ice cream, and coffee. There will even be displays in each collection’s section that offer shoppable Loungefly products.
