Set Catan and Ticket to Ride aside for a moment and make way for a new, light-strategy game. Monkey Palace, a board game from The LEGO Group and Asmodee, combines collaboration, LEGO bricks, and competition within a jungle setting.
You’ll need to work with other players to construct the Monkey Palace using LEGO elements. At the same time, players will compete for the highest brick income and points, all under the Monkey’s gaze. The game is designed for 2-4 players.
Since the game utilizes LEGO bricks, each game will result in a different building experience and final product. The possibilities are endless, so you’ll never know what to expect when you start each game. At the end of the game, you can display the palace until the next game night comes around.
The game will be available at select retailers on Oct. 3. In the meantime, you might want to brush up on your building skills!
