Look at us! Lower decks, breaching protocol — and playing games — together.

Today, Modiphius Entertainment, the tabletop game publisher behind the Star Trek Adventures roleplaying game, announced that it will add the hit animated TV series Star Trek: Lower Decks to its game collection. This new roleplaying game will follow the series’ fun, irreverent, and comedic tone with a full line of products, set to release throughout this year.

The Star Trek: Lower Decks digital crew packs for Season 1 and Season 2 come with playable main and supporting characters pulled directly from the show. It also has playable game statistics for the U.S.S. Cerritos. A Season 3 version will be released later this year.

The collection also includes a Lower Decks-themed digital standalone adventure called Lurkers that’s written by Star Trek novelist Christopher L. Bennett. There’s a free digital mission brief pack that includes 10 high-level mission outlines, plus a 240-page, full-color Star Trek: Lover Decks Campaign Guide set to come out this summer. The campaign guide is crammed full of information about life on the lower decks of Starfleet, new spaceframes, eight new playable alien species, new equipment, and more.
