Black Panther is bringing all the trophies home this award season.
The Marvel movie can now call itself a Grammy winner, as it scored Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media and Best Performance for “King’s Dead” Sunday night at the show.
Black Panther composer Ludwig Gorasson came out on top against nominees Blade Runner 2049, Coco, The Shape of Water, and Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock, Future, and James Blake tied in the Best Performance category with Anderson .Paak for “Bubblin.” They won over Cardi B’s “Be Careful,” Drake’s “Nice For What,” and “Sicko Mode” by Travis Scott, Drake, Big Hawk, and Swae Lee.
Fans, however, were unhappy that Black Panther did not score all seven awards it was nominated for, including Album of the Year, Comic Book reported. Instead, Kacey Musgraves took home the award for her album Golden Hour. Fans took to Twitter to voice their anger.

The album for Black Panther snagged the lead on the Billboard 200 during its release with 154,000 albums sold in its first week last year. The soundtrack later had eight songs on the Billboard Hot 100, including the Grammy-nominated “All the Stars” by Kendrick Lamar and SZA. The song peaked at seventh place.
