What happens when you combine a trading card game with a fantasy world that encourages positivity, inclusivity, and creativity? The answer is Altered, an upcoming project from Asmodee and Equinox Studio that will change the way we play with cards.
So what exactly is Altered? In this game, players choose a faction and lead an expedition into the unknown. Altered features mysterious environments, colorful artwork, fast-paced gameplay, and a dreamlike world that channels emotions and positivity. The game also includes a global marketplace and a print-on-demand service that’s available via the Companion app.
If you truly want to immerse yourself, you’re in luck! Gamegenic, a game supply studio, will create accessories specifically for the game, including deck boxes, sleeves, binders, and more items that represent the world of Altered.
