There’s a new collection for Peanuts fans and nature-lovers — and it helps preserve and protect parklands!
Peanuts and Parks Project have teamed up to make your outdoor living a bit more comfortable, and a bit more Snoopy-fied. The limited-edition collection combines the spirit of Snoopy and Woodstock with a love and admiration for nature. Some of the products also touch on Snoopy’s time as a Beagle Scout!
Parks Projects is on a mission to conserve the beautiful, natural parts of the Earth. By educating, donating, advocating, volunteering, and more, Parks Project aims to preserve and protect the parks. Each collection, including the Peanuts collection, serves as a step towards more conservation efforts.
The collection includes six pieces, so you can charge forward with your Snoopy-themed campsite or indoor space, just like Charlie Brown charges with a football. With this collab, though, you’re sure to score.
The Chenille Grandpa Hat ($45) is an earth-toned cap with a large tree on the front. Snoopy can be seen peeking out the top, while Woodstock makes an appearance on the side. The back of the hat reads “Escape to Nature.” The hat has a metal clasp featuring the Parks Project logo, so your cap will stay on whether you’re hiking a trail or sitting at the movie theater.
If it’s a bit colder where you are, the Faux Shearling Jacket ($200) will keep you warm, and not just because it features images of a campfire — the jacket is made from recycled polyester shearling. Peanuts fans will recognize Snoopy and Woodstock in their outdoor adventure gear, as well as complementing icons of the sun, mountains, cacti, and sunflowers. Snoopy’s iconic red doghouse does not appear on the jacket; instead, Snoopy is taking a nap on a giant mushroom. That’s the life!
If you need a smaller piece to add to your wardrobe, the Cozy Sock 2 Pack ($30) might work. One pair is yellow with Woodstock, a sun, Snoopy’s brother Spike, and a cactus, while the other is green with Beagle Scout Snoopy, the cartoon dog in a tree, Woodstock, and a campfire.
No matter where you are, you’ll need somewhere to take a quick rest. The Packable Camp Chair ($100) is lightweight and comes in a convenient sleeve. The design is similar to the jacket, featuring Snoopy sleeping on a mushroom, Woodstock and friends roasting marshmallows, and trees over a wavy, two-toned green background.
The collection also includes a water bottle and stickers for those of us who love nature and Snoopy but might have limited storage space. The Recycled Water Bottle and Sticker Pack ($40) includes a 32-ounce glow-in-the-dark Nalgene water bottle made from Tritan Renew (50% recycled plastic). The water bottle design includes icons from other projects in the collection, showcasing Snoopy on the mushroom, Woodstock at the fire, and Snoopy in the tree. It also reads “Leave It Better Than You Found It.”
There are three stickers in the pack, each inspired by Peanuts and enjoying nature responsibly. One sticker reads “Beagle Scouts: Hugging Trees Since 1974,” while another says “Adventure Responsibly.” The other two stickers state “I Love Camping” and “Escape to Nature.” Each sticker is waterproof and some designs showcase the #1 outdoorsman, Snoopy.
The final piece in the collection is perfect for any campsite or cozy game night indoors. The Organic Cotton Blanket ($110) resembles a patchwork quilt, with different images in brown and green boxes. You’ll find Beagle Scout Snoopy and Woodstock participating in different outdoor activities across the blanket.
You can find the Peanuts x Parks Projects tag on each piece, which might serve as a reminder of how your purchase contributes to Parks Project’s mission.
