Let’s start by ripping off the “Wow, where did the time go?” band-aid: Hey Arnold! is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year!
While you process that news, go ahead and put on that so-catchy theme song and grab your wallet because the beloved Nickelodeon cartoon is getting a new apparel collection to celebrate its milestone anniversary.
This new collection, which drops today, is a three-way collaboration between Nickelodeon, Chalk Line, and Ewing Athletics. The pieces feature new art from Hey Arnold! creator Craig Bartlett, which reimagines Patrick Ewing in the show’s animation style. The collection is inspired by the number 33 jersey that Ewing wore in the NBA and that Gerald wears in Hey Arnold!

The line-drawn Ewing and/or members of the Hey Arnold! gang appear on two pairs of mesh shorts and a hoodie, along with Ewing and Gerald’s names. There are also two Ewing/Gerald co-branded T-shirts in the collection. The highlight of the collection, however, is a new version of the Ewing 33 Hi sneakers. This special design has “Gerald” stitched where Ewing’s signature traditionally appears.
This collection officially drops today, with the apparel available from chalk-line.com and the footwear from ewingathletics.com. And move it, Footballhead — before these pieces sell out!
