Yu-Gi-Oh! Chaos Impact Booster Set

The rampage will continue to rise this fall with Konami Digital Entertainment’s new Chaos Impact Booster Set for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game

The 100-card pack will come full of new strategies but still support some classics. Cards include 48 commons, 20 rares, 12 super rares, 10 ultra rares, and eight secret rares.

Master duelists can expect a new level-eight Fiend, which absorbs an opponent’s monster as link material. Now, players can summon the first of a series of Dark Link monsters that can perform the same attack as an opponent’s monster. This is exactly how to end friendships.

Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS’ Marincess, an Ignis-powered strategy card, can now face a powerful, new Effect Monster, which will send the Blue Maiden to the Graveyard. However, the Effect Monster also has the power to excavate another Marincess when it’s used as link material for a Water Monster.

Duelists can build an army of Gladiator Beasts with a new Fusion card that can negate monster effects. When duelists play this with a Continuous Spell Card, they can Special Summon an additional Gladiator Beast from their decks, along with a powerful Test Tiger-style Link Monster.

They can also add the first-ever playable Link-5 Monster, Firewall Dragon Darkfluid. The monster, which has 300 ATK and an effect that can add up to an additional 10,000, can stop any opponent’s monster effects.

More new cards include Aromage, Dinowrestler, Evil Eye, Salamangreat, and Tenyi.

The new Chaos Impact Booster Set launches on Oct. 25.
