Cryptozoic Entertainment and Warner Brothers are teaming up once again to release the third installment of the DC Bombshells Trading Cards series.
DC Bombshells Trading Cards III will include a base set and six Chase sets. As with the previous two series, the cards will feature popular DC characters illustrated in a distinctly 1940s style.
Many of the DC Bombshell Trading Card III series hobby boxes will also include 2.75-inch vinyl figures of well-known characters, such as Harley Quinn, Catwoman, Poison Ivy, and more. Some of the hobby boxes will even carry rare, hand-painted DC Bombshell figurines.
“Fans expect amazing art in our DC Bombshells Trading Cards releases, and we’re excited to deliver on an even higher level,” says Dustin Porras, assistant product manager of trading tards at Cryptozoic. “The Base and Chase Sets are beautiful, and the Golden Goddess and Bronze DC Lil Bombshells figures look almost like miniature Greek sculptures. Fans looking for something one-of-a-kind will be able to chase hand-drawn Sketch Cards and Hand-Painted DC Lil Bombshells figures from incredibly creative and talented artists.”
The DC Bombshells Trading Cards III series will be available for purchase on Oct. 25.
