G.I Joe — Destro (Profit Director) Gallery Diorama – 2021 Showcase Exclusive | Source: Diamond Select Toys

It’s already mid-April but many of our favorite toy and collectibles companies are still playing catch-up thanks to the absence of Toy Fair New York (TFNY) this past February.

On Friday, Diamond Select Toys (DST) went virtual for its 2021 new products showcase. During the half-hour event, DST showed off a host of new collectibles from Marvel, Star Wars, and many of its licensed entertainment properties, including Avatar: The Last Airbender, Godzilla, G.I. Joe, Transformers, The Crow, Cobra Kai, Mortal Kombat, The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Muppets, Tron, Disney, and many more.

Additionally, the DST team unveiled a pair of showcase exclusive statues that are available to order via Gentle Giant.

The G.I. Joe Profit Director Destro Gallery Diorama is a variant to the previously announced Destro statue that was revealed back in February. The CEO of M.A.R.S. and key member of COBRA is rocking leopard-print trim and is limited to just 3,000 pieces. Longtime fans of G.I. Joe will know that Profit Director Destro has a colorful history known to many as “Pimp Daddy Destro.”

The Star Wars: The Mandalorian Death Watch Mini Bust is limited to just 2,000 pieces and captures one of the Death Watch members that recused young Din Djarin as a child.

As we always say, it’s time to clear some shelf space!
