The fandom jewelry maker is putting a new spin on Victorian-era lockets with this collection, which features necklaces with miniature book pendants that turn classic Disney Princess movies into storybook covers as an homage to the original fairytales that inspired them. There are five necklaces in the collection, featuring Beauty & The Beast, The Little Mermaid, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and Cinderella. The book pendants also open, revealing a phrase inside inspired by the corresponding princess.
The Little Mermaid pendant, for example, features the recognizable image of Ariel sitting on the rock dreaming of life on land on its cover, with the message “Makin’ Waves My Way” etched inside. The inside of the Cinderella pendant, meanwhile, reminds the real-life princess wearing it to “Dream the Impossible.” The silver chain on each necklace is adjustable and also includes an extender for additional ease and comfort.
Each storybook pendant arrives in a Disney x RockLove boutique box, featuring metallic silkscreened character art within and an embossed exterior. Since Disney princesses are always exploring unknown terrain or wandering around with a shoe missing, each pendant also includes a Disney x RockLove-branded travel pouch for impromptu adventures outside of the kingdom.
