It’s back and better than ever —Target is in the midst of another five-week series of Geek-Out collectible drops!
Since Sept. 2, Target has announced a new series of surprise, exclusive collectible items every Friday — kicking off the launch with Exclusive Defenders of the Earth characters, Hello Kitty figures, and TMNT collectibles from NECA. On Sept. 9, NECA continued the event with 7-inch figures from TMNT, Back to the Future, and Robocop, plus Hello Kitty and Lion King plush toys.
This week Mattel will drop a new series of collectibles, with Hasbro taking over on Sept. 23 and Funko releasing a new collection on Sept. 30. The exact contents of each week’s collection are announced on the Target Collector’s Spot page at 8 a.m. CT, when they become available to shop.
Can you keep a secret? The drops don’t end there — Target will be announcing one final sixth drop on Oct. 2. The brand that is releasing new items that day is a mystery, so you’ll have to stay tuned to the Collector Spot until then to receive updates about new drops every Friday.
The first three launches are available to shop now at Target’s Collector’s Spot, and there is a two-unit limit per item for each purchase.
