Following more than a year of almost all virtual programming for fan conventions, Funko is taking a hybrid approach to the upcoming Emerald City Comic Con (ECCC), which is scheduled to take place in Seattle — Funko’s home base — from Dec. 2-5.
The company is heading to the show with a “Festival of Fun” activation, which will feature exclusives, giveaways, and more.
For those who are attending ECCC in person, there is a randomized lottery you can enter for a chance to get timed entry tickets to the Funko booth. Registration for this lottery is open now (enter here!) and will close at 11:59 p.m. PT on Sunday, Nov. 28. Winners will be notified and given their time slot by 11:59 p.m. PT on Wednesday, Dec. 1.
However, Funko lovers around the country can still join in on the Festival of Fun action, because the company will host livestreams and will post exclusive content on the Funko social media channels throughout the event.
As for the show exclusives, there are 19 in all, including a Diamond Pikachu Pop!, a new Pop! version of Alexis from Schitt’s Creek, and a Freddy Funko Pop! dressed for a game of basketball. These exclusives will be available in person at ECCC as well as online, starting as early as 6 a.m. PT on Dec. 3.
