Forget the king of the monsters, Godzilla is about to be the king of the arcade!

Today, Toho International and Stern Pinball announced a new collection of Godzilla pinball machines. In this game, Godzilla (along with Mothra, Rodan, and Anguirus) fight to defeat the evil Xilian aliens from taking over earth’s resources.

Like most Stern Pinball launches, this machine will be available in Pro, Premium, and Limited Edition models. All three models have features including a “Magna Grab” magnetic newton ball, the title song “Godzilla” by Blue Oyster Cult, hand-drawn artwork by Zombie Yeti, and more. The game also incorporates video and audio from 10 Godzilla films to make the experience more immersive. On the Premium and LE models, a Mechagodzilla features a motorized, three-bank target set that rotates to reveal a spinner and a jump ramp.

These machines will also introduce Stern’s Insider Connected system. This means each machine will feature a QR code reader on the bottom arch that players can use to interact with the game and the network.

There will only be 1,000 of the Limited-Edition model available, which cost $10,499. The Premium model costs $8,999 and the Pro costs $6,899. This may be out of the average fan’s price range, but pinball enthusiasts can visit sternpinball.com to learn more about the machine and to see an interactive map of arcades that offer Stern pinball machines.
