It may not be Kings Cross Station, but fans based in New York can head to Vanderbilt Hall at Grand Central Terminal to take part in the Back to Hogwarts pop-up from Aug. 30-Sept. 1. At the event, fans can experience magical performances, a LEGO building activity, an interactive Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions experience, and, of course, sip on butterbeer from Harry Potter New York. On Sept. 1, fans will gather to count down to 11 a.m. to celebrate the departure of the Hogwarts Express for another school year. Information on how to snag a free ticket to the event is coming soon.
Whether you’re celebrating another year of your favorite fantasy franchise in New York, at the movies, or at home, we’re all wishing we could be in the north of Scotland at a big, mysterious castle instead.
