As Pride Month is set to kick off later this week, more and more merch makers are dropping colorful collections for the occassion. Hasbro is one of the latest pop culture companies getting in on the action with a selection of tote bags and T-shirts.
Hasbro is featuring three franchises in its new Pride collection: Transformers, Furby, and My Little Pony. Each popular toy gets its own design, and all three designs are available on both a tote bag and a T-shirt from Custom Ink. Each shirt comes in a variety of colors, while the tote bags are available in tan or black.
The Transformers design features a rainbow version of Optimus Prime’s head with the phrase “Be proud be you.” The My Little Pony design features Skywishes and Star Catcher surrounded by colorful, Pride-themed flowers. Finally, the Furby design features a whole rainbow of Furbys with heart eyes, lined up above the phrase “Be proud, be you.”
Buying Hasbro’s pride collection also helps LGBTQ+ youth in Rhode Island (where the company is based), with $6 from every shirt sale and $4 from every tote bag sale going to Youth Pride RI.
