This year marks the 30th anniversary of Tim Burton’s Batman. For many, the summer of ’89 is held in high regard as the time in which the groundwork was laid for the superhero blockbusters yet to come. No matter who your favorite Batman is, Michael Keaton‘s portrayal of the Caped Crusader is iconic. Now, Iron Studios USA captures the stoic look of The Dark Knight with a limited edition Art Scale 1/10 Batman 1989 statue.
Based on film references, the hand-painted polystone statue stands nearly 12 inches tall and comes on a classic yellow and black Bat-symbol base. It’s expected to ship this summer, with pre-orders available direct from the Iron Horse website.
Batman spawned three sequels, but Burton and Keaton would be out after Batman Returns. This spring, they’re back together alongside Danny DeVito for Disney’s Dumbo.
