We can’t actually use magic to make cooking a snap like Mrs. Weasley and others do in the Harry Potter universe. But now, thanks to a new collection from Le Creuset, you can still bring a touch of magic to your kitchen.
The limited-edition Harry Potter x Le Creuset collection dropped today, featuring a variety of cooking tools inspired by elements of the Wizarding World. To start, there are two dutch ovens in the collection — One is inspired by The Boy Who Lived himself, made of red stoneware and featuring a lid handle shaped like Harry’s lightning bolt scar. The other is blue stoneware and inspired by the sport of Quidditch, complete with a Golden Snitch-shaped lid handle.
Another highlight of the collection is the Hogwarts Express Kettle, which features a red, black, and gold motif inspired by the magical train; the “Platform 9 and 3/4” icon on its lid handle; and other fun details in its design.
The rest of the collection includes a Spellcasting Spatula Set with handles sculpted to look like iconic characters’ wands, a Lord Voldemort casserole dish with the Dark Mark inside, a Hedwig pie bird, a mug set featuring imagery from the series, a Deathly Hallows spoon rest, a Hogwarts Houses dessert plate set, and a Hogwarts Houses potholder.
The full collection is available to shop now while supplies last at lecreuset.com. Muggles, witches, and wizards in New York City can also visit a special pop-up food truck this week at the corner of 25th and Broadway to celebrate this magical merch. From noon-4 p.m. on Nov. 2-4, fans can stop by to get some free treats and enter for a chance to win items from this collection!
